An adaptable, space-saving solution
If finding space for both a flight of stairs and a stairlift is proving problematic, a FlexStep stairlift could be the answer you are looking for. This clever 2-in-1 lift and staircase solution gives you both stairs and a stairlift even in the tightest places; if you have room for stairs, there’s room for a FlexStep stairlift.

ROLL ON/OFF

When FlexStep is used as a wheelchair lift, the ramp folds down for the user to roll onto/off the platform. The ramp is raised and locked before the lift can start to move. -
CRUSH-GUARD UNDER PLATFORM
Pressure plates under the platform stop lift operation if an object is detected under the platform. -
INFRA-RED SENSORS
Infra-red safety device between the steps minimises the risk of crushing. -
AUTOMATIC STOP IN CASE OF OVERLOAD
In the event of overload or uneven weight distribution, the platform will stop automatically. -
AUTOMATIC PLATFORM BARRIER

Fixed steps can be built indoors and outdoors. Fixed staircase are installed leading up to a front wall and floor and can be supplied with round or square balustrades to harmonise with FlexStep.
Fixed steps are available in staircase widths of 700 mm, 800 mm, 900 mm or 1,000 mm
