A warranty that follows the product.

With the product registration, the owner of a Liftup product will be offered access to a Manufacturer’s General Warranty cover that will guarantee supply of spare parts through an authorized distributor for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

Maintenance

  • Clean by wiping off with a cloth that has been wrung out in water containing a mild detergent.

  • Do NOT use a high-pressure cleaner or wash the lift down with water straight from a hose. Aggressive detergents and suchlike must not be used on the lift. Also avoid salt or sand coming into contact with the lift in connection with winter maintenance.

Inspection, checks and service inspections

In addition to the general maintenance, regular service inspections and statutory checks and inspections of the lift must be carried out.

As a producer, we recommend that the regular service inspection be carried out by an authorised service technician. The dealer from whom you have purchased the product will offer this service but, if you wish to use another service provider, it is the owner of the lift who will be responsible for the service technician chosen having received training on the product in question.

Extra Options

HDN Door

As the maximum lifting heigth of the HDN is 500 mm, a top level safety is normally not required. It is, however, possible to connect a door to the HDN as option.

  • The door prevents persons from falling down when the lifting platform is away and provides safety at top level.

  • It's fitted with a clear glass plate and is hinged on the right or left hand side of the lifting platform.

A coherent and stylish design is essential for Liftup, distributors and customers - and our call stations must of course live up to the same design standard:

  • A soft and Nordic design language.

  • Simple in black and with a white border around the front. Thus, it matches all our            lifting platforms.

  • Easy to install and service.

  • Work both wireless and wired.

  • Approved and provide tactile feedback for the visually handicapped.

  • For indoor and outdoor use.
